'Glass Half Full' Is a beautiful example of a solid, safe houseboat which is completely off grid. She is a beamy, large volume house boat which boasts 6ft 9" head room throughout the boat.
This custom houseboat has not only a downstairs galley, but an upstairs one too. It has 2 full size toilet & showers, a full size top story open living area complete with TV & surround sound and a large workshop.

It has 2 private double bedrooms, with a third room available to be converted. The downstairs galley consists of 2 gas cooktops, breadmaker, air fryer & full sized sink. The upstairs galley consists of a microwave & full size sink.

The outdoor entertaining area has to be seen to be believed. There is a full sized BBQ with a retractable awning should you wish to get out of the weather.

"Glass Half Full" is set up to be completely off grid with a 2.6KW solar system, a 3000W Victron inverter & 2x 800 amp lithium batteries. Should you have long periods of no sun, there is a marinised 7.5KVA diesel generator which is so quite you can barely hear it. This boat has a 60LPH watermaker & a rain catchment system so you never have to go to a marina to refill your water.

She is currently fully insured through NRMA.

The twin Mercury 115hp 4 Stroke outboards push her along at a comfortable 6-7 knots, but can be pushed to 12 knots if required. For ease of berthing she has a fully functioning bow thruster.
